Lechuguilla Parejo Wild Cenizo47. 8% ABV Lechuguilla is the name given to agave spirits made in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It is essentially mezcal in terms of how it is produced, but the state is not included in the denomination of origin for Mezcal. Chihuahua is Sotol country but agaves are abundant there as well and many Sotoleros also produce agave spirits. Made by 4th generation Vinatero Juan Fernandez in the town of Madera, in a forested mountainous part of the state.
